What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally-occurring substance that is already present in many tissues of the body. It is found in the highest concentrations in fluids in the eyes and joints.
How does this serum work?
Skin damage occurs when moisture leaves your skin. Hyaluronic Acid absorbs up to 1000 times its own weight in water. Hence it helps retain all moisture under the skin.

What is Hyaluronic Acid and does my skin need it?
When applied to dry skin in a dry climate, hyaluronic acid absorbs water from the skin rather than pulling it toward it. Dr. Shamban says to apply your hyaluronic acid on damp skin and then apply a moisturizers on top
How to apply
- Hyaluronic Acid Serum involves a slightly different routine. Always apply after cleansing, exfoliating or applying other serums and before moisturizer.
- While your skin is still damp, apply (1-2) pumps to your face with the palms of your hands and immediately follow with a moisturizer to seal in all that hydration.
