Fun Saver Network strives to process and ship all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with shipping times varying based on the selected carrier and destination. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.
Personalized Items
Orders containing personalized or custom-made items may require up to 5 additional business days for processing before shipment. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your custom order meets our quality standards.
Return & Refund Policy
Fun Finds
Fun Find items are guaranteed to be in working condition and as described. If an item arrives defective or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Depending on the situation, we may offer a credit, refund, or replacement at our discretion. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Other Merchandise
For all other non-Fun Find items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Fun Saver Network. All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our support team at [email protected] before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Membership Fees
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. To cancel your membership and avoid the next automatic payment, you must notify us via email at [email protected] at least two (2) business days before your next scheduled payment date.
