Fertility and menstruation are largely controlled by hormones, and one of these hormones is progesterone. Progesterone is a steroid hormone belonging to a class of hormones called progestogens. Will this cream help me with PMS or Perimenopause symptoms?
For PMS and Premenopausal Symptoms, begin using the cream 10 to 12 days after the first day of your period. Apply the cream 2x/day from either Day 10 or 12 through Day 26 or 48 hours before the scheduled start of next period. If your period starts early, stop using the cream – Mother Nature is trying to balance your hormone levels. When your period starts count forward 12 days (10 if you normally have a shorter cycle than 28 days) and begin the program on that day. Be patient, it may take three cycles before you achieve synchrony with your normal cycle. If you have cramps, headache, swollen breasts etc., the cream may be applied directly to the problem area.
If I’m NOT taking any estrogen can I use the Probalance Progesterone cream?
Menopausal Women NOT taking estrogen have a wider latitude in using the cream. For convenience, you may choose a dosage schedule based on the calendar month. Use the cream 2x/day from the 2nd to the 14th or 21st of each month and none from the 15th or 22nd to the end of the month. Some women report that using a larger dab of cream at night helps them sleep better.

How much cream do I apply?
Our creams are “self-regulating” meaning you can choose how much cream to apply based on your personal need. Apply the recommended (1-2) pump instructions per the How To Apply and When To Apply details below on this product page and/or under the Product Tips & Application Tab in the drop down main menu.
Can I layer other creams over this cream?
Our creams can be applied to the body at the same time on different skin areas OR mix (1-2) creams in the palm of your hand and then apply to skin area. Avoid layering creams with non-Nutra Relief creams as other creams are made with toxic chemicals which could cause irritation.
How long do I rub the cream on for?
Gently massage Nutra Relief creams on skin for 30 seconds longer than a normal cream application until fully absorbed. The massaging acts as a mechanism for the cream to fully penetrate the skin.
What if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin the best place to apply the cream may be on the soles of your feet. These pores are 30% larger than any other location on your body which makes for an excellent absorption and application area.
Where on my body do I apply the cream?
Our liposomal creams will go thru the skin into the circulatory system no matter where on the body you apply them. Review the “Recommended Application Body Chart” for skin area options. Multiple creams can be applied to the body at the same time, however, apply them on different skin areas to avoid saturation.
How to apply
